Strawberry Jalapeño Pork Tenderloin

Cook Time: 8 - 10 minutes

Grilled pork tenderloin has never tasted so good. This sweet and spicy elixir of strawberries and jalapeños adds a twist to any tenderloin.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Hot sauce
  • 3 Jalapeños, minced or chopped
  • 3 tsp. garlic, minced (or one clove)
  • 3/4 cup strawberry jam

Directions

Preheat grill to medium.

Combine olive oil, salt, pepper and hot sauce.

Marinate tenderloin for about 30-45 minutes.

Cook 6-8 minutes or until a minimum internal temperature of 145° F.

While the tenderloin is cooking, combine Jalapeño, garlic and strawberry jam.

Bring to a boil and immediately reduce to simmer.

Let simmer for about 10 minutes.

Serve tenderloin with strawberry jalapeño elixir drizzled over the top.
