Skewered Chorizo & Padron Peppers

Serves 8 - 12

Cook Time: 3 - 5 minutes

Wow everyone at your next barbecue with this simple but impactful combination of chorizo and peppers. Quick and easy – this is your new go-to cookout meal.

Ingredients

  • 24 Padron pepper
  • 24 Chorizo pieces
  • Sea salt

Directions

Soak 12 wooden skewers for a minimum of 30 minutes before grilling.

Preheat grill to medium-high.

On each skewer, thread 2-3 Padron peppers and 2-3 pieces of chorizo. Grill each skewer for 3-5 minutes, turning often. Remove skewers from grill and season with salt or desired seasonings. Serve immediately.
