Raspberry Spiral Ham

Serves 12

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 120 minutes

Ham is a traditional holiday staple that you really can't go wrong with. This version uses a sweet raspberry glaze that wonderfully complements the flavor of the ham. Whether it's Easter or Christmas, be sure to ham it up this holiday season!

Ingredients

  • 1 spiral ham (precooked)
  • Pit Boss Raspberry Chipotle Spice Rub
  • 1/2 jar raspberry jam
  • 1 qrt. raspberries, fresh
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup warm water

Directions

Preheat your Grill to 225°F.

Season the ham with Raspberry Chipotle Spice, taking care to season in between each slice. Place in your Grill and smoke for about 2 hours.

Just before you pull the ham, combine glaze ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat until raspberries are no longer whole and the glaze is runny. If you want a smoother glaze, remove the raspberry seeds by draining the glaze through cheesecloth.

Pour glaze over the ham just before serving. Slice and serve hot. Enjoy!
