Serves 24

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 12 minutes

Chocolate Chip cookies are nice, but sometimes it can seem a little... generic. This super quick and simple recipe takes an ordinary cookie mix and spices it up with fresh mint flavor.

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 package chocolate chip cookie mix
  • 8-10 drops food coloring
  • 1/2 tsp. mint extract

Preheat your grill at 350°F.

Follow the directions on the back of the chocolate chip cookie mix and also add the mint extract and green food coloring. Mix until combined.

On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drop balls of dough about 2 tbsp. in size onto the pan.

Place in your grill and bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool for a couple minutes before removing from the pan. Enjoy!
