Grilled Red Pepper Crostini
Cook Time: 4 - 7 minutes
- Sliced baguette
- Goat cheese
- Red peppers
Place red peppers skin-side down over hot, well greased grill (or foil). Grill until desired doneness is achieved.
Slice Baguette into 1-in. thick slices and place over grill until deep golden-brown color is achieved (about 1-2 minutes). Flip slices and repeat.
Spread goat cheese over grilled slices and top with grilled red peppers and desired seasonings.
