Grilled Red Pepper Crostini

Cook Time: 4 - 7 minutes

Crostini is a very quick and simple appetizer to make, yet is quite the tasty treat. A great dish to serve at luncheons or dinner parties!

  • Sliced baguette
  • Goat cheese
  • Red peppers

Place red peppers skin-side down over hot, well greased grill (or foil). Grill until desired doneness is achieved.

Slice Baguette into 1-in. thick slices and place over grill until deep golden-brown color is achieved (about 1-2 minutes). Flip slices and repeat.

Spread goat cheese over grilled slices and top with grilled red peppers and desired seasonings.
