Grilled Herbed Lemon Chicken Thighs

Cook Time: 8 - 10 minutes

Nothing is as deliciously seasoned and zesty like grilled lemon chicken. Whether it's served with a traditional side of mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables or served at a family barbecue, this dish is enjoyable all year round and goes well with many sides.

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs, fat trimmed off
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

Directions

Pat down the chicken thighs and place in a bowl.

In a small bowl mix the rest of the ingredients until you have a paste. Rub chicken thighs with herb mix and set aside.

Pre-heat your grill on high and place COOKINA BBQ sheet inside. Grill chicken thighs until crispy brown and fully cooked, about 4-5 minutes on each side. If desired, squeeze more lemon and serve immediately.
