French Crêpes

Serves 8

Prep Time: 30 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Not only do crêpes provide endless stuffing possibilities, they’re also extremely easy to make right on your Evo grill.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. melted butter

Directions

Place the crêpe batter ingredients into a blender and mix to a smooth consistency. Allow the crepe batter to sit for a half hour in the refrigerator before using.

Heat the Evo grill to Low. Ladle 1⁄2 cup of crêpe batter onto the hot cook surface and form a round crêpe by spreading the batter in a circular motion using a wooden crepe spreader. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, gently flip the crêpe and cook 1 minute more.

Place crêpes on platter and serve with desired toppings.
