Lloyd Flanders, manufacturer of premium outdoor furniture, has promoted Warren Juliano to senior vice president of Sales and Marketing, and has promoted Jess Flanders to vice president of Marketing.
In his new role, Juliano will be responsible for growing sales and brand recognition, driving the product development process, and the development and implementation of company strategy.
“Warren's passion for the industry and drive to strengthen the brand have made him a crucial part of our team,” said Dudley Flanders, president.
Juliano has been in a management role at Lloyd Flanders since 2005, first as National Sales manager and most recently as vice president of Sales. He previously worked as a sales representative for Lloyd Flanders for eight years.
In addition to his new position at Lloyd Flanders, Juliano will serve as chairman of the ICFA for 2019.
Lou Rosebrock, the former senior vice president of Sales and Marketing for Lloyd Flanders, will assume a new position as International Procurement officer.
Flanders has been named vice president of Marketing. She joined the Lloyd Flanders team in 2015 as Marketing manager after working as a lawyer. Reporting to Juliano, her responsibilities include oversight of all marketing initiatives, showroom design, and assisting with product development, in addition to an expanded role in overall business strategy. She is the third generation of the Flanders family to take an executive management role within the company.
