OW Lee to Preview 2020 Products at Las Vegas Winter Market
Tuesday, January 8, 2019
OW Lee, a manufacturer of high-end outdoor furniture, fire pits, and accessories located in Ontario, California, has announced they will have select pieces from three new collections plus new finishes and fabrics on preview display at the Las Vegas Market in January 2019.
“Customer feedback on new collections at this stage in our product development cycle is vital,” said Terri Lee Rogers, president and VP of Sales. “We usually bring a few different groups of retailers out to our facility during the winter months to take a tour of our factory and give us their opinions on our new groups. It seemed like a natural step to bring what we are working on to Vegas to get feedback from even more of our customers.”
OW Lee will debut key pieces in the new Marin, Grand Cay, and Bella Vie collections, three new frame finishes, and an updated and enhanced Destinations fabrics program. The new fabric program features Sunbrella Select fabrics, designed exclusively for the specialty and designer market.
The idea to bring 2020 prototypes to the Vegas Market and solicit feedback was spurred at an industry meeting held by Casual Living and the IMC at last year’s winter market.
“We heard that other vendors were taking steps to introduce new product ideas sooner and we saw that we could do the same,” said Leisa McCollister, VP of Marketing at OW Lee. “We have the industry to thank for pushing us to think about reaching our customer base with new product at this market.” Representatives from OW Lee retailers and designers are invited to visit the OW Lee showroom C1301 January 26-31 to preview these collections in the works.
