FPI Launches Contemporary Freestanding Wood Fireplace
Thursday, September 13, 2018
FPI Fireplace Products International (Regency Fireplace Products) adds the Contura Ri50 Freestanding Wood Stove to its wood fireplace product line, giving customers modern, contemporary styling while retaining the classic timelessness of a wood fireplace.
Proudly distributed by Regency, the Ri50 has been thoughtfully designed in Sweden by Contura, a leading manufacturer of wood fireplaces and stoves for over 50 years. The Contura Ri50 represents a dramatic departure from traditional wood fireplace design with the clean, elegant lines characterized by the finest elements of modern, Scandinavian design.
The design of the Ri50 is punctuated by a generous three-sided bay view, yielding unrestricted views of the fire from any angle and over 500 sq. in. of viewing area. The smooth sliding, hideaway door makes starting and maintaining a wood fire easy. The Ri50 offers flexible installation with both top and rear venting options.
The Ri50 represents a step forward with the integration of FPI Fireplace Products International with the NIBE Stoves Group. “The partnership with NIBE gives FPI access to a worldwide supply chain and access to designers from around the world to continue to bring new fireplace innovations to the North American market,” says FPI president Glen Spinelli. The Ri50 is the first of many future collaborations between the NIBE group of companies and FPI to continue to bring Regency dealers an innovative, complete, and diverse product line.
