Brown Jordan International, Inc. (“Brown Jordan”), the world’s leading designer and manufacturer of outdoor furniture and indoor hospitality furniture, has announced that Vincent A. Tortorici, Jr. has been promoted to executive vice president. He will also continue his role as chief financial officer, which he has held with the company and its predecessors since March 1988.
Tortorici has previously held positions as vice president and treasurer of the company, its predecessors and subsidiaries.

He holds a Bachelor of Science and Masters degree in accounting from the University of Alabama and is a certified public accountant.

Robert and Karen Beck, owners of Sierra Products, have announced their acquisition of Cardon Products, dba Thelin Hearth Products, a world-class hearth product manufacturer.

Twin-Star International, manufacturer of a wide range of award-winning home products and furnishings, has completed the purchase of Bell’O International Corporation, including the company's Bell’O Digital brand.
Bell’O, founded in 1988 and headquartered in Morganville, New Jersey, manufactures and markets audio/visual furniture, accessories, home theater seating, metal decorative beds, upholstered headboards and desks. The Bell’O Digital brand produces consumer electronic accessories such as digital headphones, AV cables, TV mounting brackets, and power surge protection devices. Under a licensed agreement with mattress powerhouse, Serta, Bell’O also markets a collection of metal beds and frames.
