Lemon Pepper Whole Chicken on the Grill or in the Oven

Cook Time: 90 minutes

This meaty chicken recipe is both flavorful and versatile. Enjoy the smoky taste of cooking it on the grill, or conveniently place it in the oven. Either way, simple preparation makes this an easy meal to prepare!


  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 3 - 5 lbs. whole chicken
  • 2 – 4 tbsp. Bone Suckin’ Sauce Lemon Pepper Seasoning & Rub.


Cover outside of chicken with juice from 1 lemon

Apply generous amount of Bone Suckin’ Sauce Lemon Pepper Seasoning to chicken.

Cook chicken with indirect heat on grill or in oven at 375° for 1½ hours or until breast is 165°F and leg is 175°F and juice runs clear.

Let rest for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
