Cook Time: 30 - 40 minutes
- 1 package blueberries
- 1 8-oz. can Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup brown sugar
- Cinnamon to taste

In a 12-in. dutch oven sprinkle some brown sugar over the bottom. Separate crescent rolls into 8 pieces. Stretch each roll slightly and place blueberries on each piece. Roll up and cover the berries with dough and set each dough piece over brown sugar.
Mix the sugar, butter and water together in a pot and melt over medium heat. Pour mixture over the rolls and sprinkle cinnamon over the top.
Preheat oven to 400°F and bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
NOTE: When using the Flame Boss 200, only the pit probe is necessary for maintaining temperature.
