Montigo Announces Sharon Murray as Vice President of Business Development

Canadian Heating Products (Montigo), a leading Canadian designer and builder of commercial and residential fireplace products, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sharon Murray to the role of vice president of Business Development.

“We are thrilled to have Sharon join our team,” said Jonathan Burke, CEO of Montigo. “Sharon is a great fit with our senior leadership group, and her depth and breadth of knowledge in the commercial and hospitality building products sector will enhance our ability to showcase our products in leading North American projects going forward. Combined with our recent investments in manufacturing capacity, and our enhanced commercial design team, Sharon is the key element to take the Montigo brand to the next level.”

Murray brings over 20 years of sales experience in the residential and commercial construction products industry. She joins Montigo from Hansgrohe where she most recently held the role of director of Sales – East. Prior to that she held the position of National Sales manager - Projects and Hospitality. She joined Hansgrohe in 1999 as Business Development manager after more than three years with Ferguson Enterprises.

During her time with Hansgrohe she was responsible for major growth initiatives in the hospitality and commercial construction space, dealing directly with influential architects, designers and builders. She holds BA degrees in both English and History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as completing the Carolina Business Institute program.
